I was also awarded an artist residency to teach older adults this program at the RAIN Parkchester center through the Su Casa program, administered by Bronx Council on the Arts in 2022. The participants made over 115 toys to give to children in need in the Bronx through Giving Friends, a very successful and heartfelt program indeed.
