Yes to reducing, reusing and recycling plastic bags that is!

In 2020, New York City, (where I live), will transition into a plastic bag free world! I am very excited about this, and I have ideas to reduce, reuse, recycle plastic bags by creating temporary art installations using this maligned item from our daily lives.
